When you submit a request, it is read by someone familiar with Fes, not processed automatically. They look at what you actually need before responding with options.
Payment
No payment is required to send a request or to receive a reply. If you decide to move forward after hearing back from us, we will walk you through what comes next at that point.
Your information
We only ask for what we need to understand your request and get back to you, such as your name, contact details, and trip details. We do not ask for payment or identity documents at the request stage.
